Ambassador 21 was founded in the summer of 2001 by Natasha (Vocals, Lyrics, Live Visual media) and Alexey Protasov (Vocals, Programming, and Digital Noize). Before forming the band, Natasha and Alexey were both popular radio DJs and worked at many Belarusian FM-stations. When the Alexey's article "FM Must Die!" was published in the press and internet and the first Ambassador 21 tracks were broadcast, Ambassador 21's founders were terminated from their positions as DJs.
Ambassador 21 founded their own label known as Invasion Wreck Chords to publish their debut album Invitation To Execution. People Vs. Ambassador 21 was released six months later to positive critical reviewcitation needed and immediately sold out.
The album Akcija was released in March 2004 and included collaborations with Godfather of Canadian punk-rock Joey "Shithead" Keithley from D.O.A., Schizoid, Punish yourself, and Fanny. J also known as CTRLer cooperated with Ambassador 21 as studio guitar player. From October 2003 to October 2004 Ambassador 21 played the Akcija!-Tour in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Austria, and Slovakia. They performed with C-DRIK, SICKBOY, ON/OFF, BEINHAUS, EITERHERD , SYNAPSCAPE, MALADROIT, and many more.
In December 2004 Ambassador 21 released the I Wanna Kill U.Com EP and the group's first 12" (co-released with Restroom Records). Akcija V1.1 with remixes by CONVERTER, P*A*L, END, AXIOME, C-DRIK, SYNAPSCAPE etc. was released on CD and 2LPs (Restroom co-release) in the beginning of 2005.
